An older, but well-maintained farmhouse, on 20 acres of land, has 2 rooms available for immediate occupation. Interested viewers should have good people skills, not easily be frightened by somewhat freakish-looking youngsters appearing and disappearing in flashes of light, not mind 'alternate hair colors', and be open-minded enough to embrace all peoples of all races, especially if they have fangs, claws, white skin and blue facial tattoos. Monthly rent is very reasonable. All potential rentees will be frisked for tracking devices, bugs, or microphones, and possibly subjected to a telepathic scan. Pets are okay. No scratching posts allowed.
