Assasination
*Now was the time. Lyta walked casually toward the bar and stepped in the door. This hit would be slightly different. The man she was to kill was not a drug lord or anything he was a very minor public official. One her contact had assured her was crooked. She stopped just inside the door and looked slowly around the room, then spotting her prey drinking at the bar she slowly approached**She did not make eye contact, sitting just a few seats down from him. He was fairly young, a pretty young lady sitting on his other side, holding his arm possessively. That would make things a little hard She may notice.. But the press of bodies in the crowded bar reassured her. There would be no way anyone would know she was to blame. She ordered a drink, biding her time until she saw him stand to leave. As if by coincidence she stood also and started to walk past him, toward the door, brushing close.**Between their bodies, observed by none she reached out and clasped his hand suddenly. His head turned toward her, a startled look in his cool blue gray eyes as she released her venom into him in that instant. He stiffened. She released his hand, walking past with a muttered apology and continued toward the door.**She heard the other woman's scream his name "Bill!"when he collapsed to the floor in convulsions. She was out the door as the crowd pressed close around the couple. The woman's teary eyes looked up finally, too late searching the crowd for the blond woman that had brushed past him, uncertain even what she looked like**Lyta was out the door, long gone by the time the ambulance arrived. But by then it was too late. The man died quickly, only minutes later. But despite the convulsions he had felt very little pain, his last conscious awareness had been of looking into the sad brown eyes of his killer.*
